This policy explains how Antara Kita Between Us Pte. Ltd. (Singapore, UEN 202605075R) and Antara Kita (Health) Sdn. Bhd. (Malaysia, 202601024070) (“Antara Kita”, “we”, “us”) collect, use and protect your personal data when you visit www.antarakita.org or contact us. We follow Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012 and Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

What we collect

  • When you use our contact or stockist forms: your name, email address, phone number, business name, website and message.

  • When a pharmacy or clinic places a trade order: business and contact details, delivery address and order details.

  • When you report a product issue: your contact details, the product and batch number, and any reaction you describe. This can include health information, which we treat as sensitive and handle with extra care.

  • When you message us on WhatsApp or by email: the details you choose to share.

  • When you browse the site: basic technical data, such as pages visited, browser type and approximate location, collected through cookies.

We do not sell online and we do not collect payment card details on this website.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry, process trade orders and manage stockist accounts.

  • To investigate product issues and meet our duties as a medical device company, including reporting to the Health Sciences Authority (Singapore) or the Medical Device Authority (Malaysia) where the law requires it.

  • To send you news and updates, only if you ticked the box to receive them. You can unsubscribe at any time.

  • To understand how the website is used and improve it.

Who we share it with

We share personal data only with the service providers who help us run the website and our business, and only as much as they need:

  • Squarespace, for website hosting, forms and visitor statistics

  • Jotform, for trade order and product issue forms

  • Our logistics partner, to deliver trade orders

  • Regulators, when the law requires it

Some of these providers store data outside Singapore and Malaysia. When that happens, we take steps to make sure your data is protected to a standard comparable to Singapore and Malaysian law. We never sell your personal data.

Cookies

Our website uses cookies that it needs to work, and analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use it. When you first visit, you can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the banner. You can also change your browser settings at any time.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected, or for as long as the law requires. Records linked to product safety and batch traceability are kept for the period required by medical device regulations.

You can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or withdraw your consent to our using it. Email us and we will reply within 30 days.
